Football Emporium Shipping and Returns Policy 

All our products are guaranteed, authentic merchandise and are checked before despatch.

In the unlikely event you order a product in error, please let us know immediately. If we have not yet shipped, we will be pleased to cancel the order at once. If the goods have shipped, we will refund the cost of the goods (but not the postage) provided you return them to us in a resaleable, unused condition. Please use a recorded delivery service as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post.

If you receive an item that has been damaged in the post, please notify us immediately. We will then issue you with instructions on how to return the item to us in order to get a refund or replacement.

In all cases, please enclose original invoice and packing slip.
